How we handle arrival, housing, daily life and safety for every participant. Each program has one dedicated coordinator from the day you land until the day you fly home.
From arrival to departure
Arrival
Pickup at Incheon Airport arrivals (we hold a name sign), transfer to your accommodation
Check-in
Same-day check-in, room and Wi-Fi ready before you arrive
Transport
A pre-loaded T-money card and a first-day subway walkthrough
Getting set up
SIM card activation; for long programs we go with you to open a bank account and register as a foreign resident
During your stay
Your coordinator is always reachable, with weekday check-ins and a 24-hour emergency line

Accommodation depends on the program. We inspect every property in advance.

- Travel and medical insurance for every participant
- A coordinator accompanies the schedule or stays nearby
- 24-hour emergency line staffed by our own team
- English-speaking hospitals identified in advance
Documents for your institution
- Pre-departure briefing for participants, families and faculty leaders
- Insurance certificates, emergency procedures and incident reports (your institution's forms are fine)
- Itemized invoices and settlement documents for public-sector accounting
